Excel is a spreadsheet software used to:

• Store data
• Perform calculations
• Analyze data
• Create reports & charts

Used in accounts, teaching, research, data analytics, admin work, etc.

2️⃣ Excel Screen Overview

Important parts:

• Workbook → Excel file (.xlsx)
• Worksheet → Sheet inside workbook
• Row → Horizontal (1,2,3…)
• Column → Vertical (A,B,C…)
• Cell → Intersection (A1, B2)
